Statesville Country Club was designed as a residential golf course community in the late 1950s-1960s. Sales prices ranged from $258,000-$2.015 million over the last 12 months as of April 2022.

What areas are near Statesville, NC?

The closest large city is Charlotte, which offers an international airport, professional sports teams, museums, and various dining and shopping options. Charlotte is about 45 minutes from Statesville. 

Smaller towns near Statesville include Troutman (20 minutes), Mooresville (30 minutes), and Hickory (40 minutes).

Troutman is another small town in Iredell County and Statesville’s closest neighbor. It is proud of its small-town living and civic pride.
