Are there any condos or townhomes available in Apex, NC? 

Yes, you can find condominiums and townhomes in Apex. In January 2022, the seller’s market created a low number of available condo and townhome listings. The market had three available, and another 17 were contingent.

What neighborhoods are in Apex, NC?

Abbington is an established neighborhood with one of the city’s higher median home prices. Expect custom-built properties. Residents are optimally located between Jordan Lake, RTP, and Beaver Lake.

Are there any waterfront properties found in Apex, NC? 

Some waterfront properties are available in Apex, but they are mostly on small ponds and streams that run through the city limits. 

If you’re looking for more substantial waterfront living where you can launch a canoe, kayak, or motorized boat, check outside the Apex city limits. How is golf in Apex, NC?

Apex does not have any 18-hole golf courses inside of the city limits. Knight’s Play Golf Center is a public venue with a 9-hole par-3. 

The good news is you are near some excellent courses in the Triangle. Perhaps the closest course to Apex would be the MacGregor Downs Country Club or Lochmere Golf Club in Cary. Both are highly rated private courses.  

If you live further south in Apex, 12 Oaks may be closer. This is a private golf course. Devils Ridge Golf Club is a semi-private course located in Holly Springs.

The North Carolina Golf Headquarters is in Cary. This city has five courses, Raleigh has 17, and Chapel Hill has eight. In total, a strong golfing community awaits you in the greater Triangle area. 

Are there golf course communities in Apex, NC? 

Apex does not have any golf course communities inside its city limits. 

What areas are near Apex, NC?

The closest nearby city is Cary, one of the towns in the Triangle region. Cary is another quickly growing community located between Raleigh and Research Triangle Park. 

Raleigh, the state capital, is about 20 minutes by car. You’ll have access to all its urban amenities, from first-rate education to the culture scene. 

The sister city of Durham is about 23 miles to Apex’s north. It is roughly a 30-minute drive to access its renowned educational institutions and local amenities.
