Bellmoore Park

This friendly neighborhood is a newer community in central Johns Creek. The nearby schools are excellent, and there are plenty of parks and playgrounds in the area, making it a great choice for families with kids of all ages.

Rivermont

Rivermont is located on the banks of the Chattahoochee River. Home to Rivermont Country Club, its 18-Hole Championship Golf Course was designed by Michael Riley. Rivermont Park on the Chattahoochee River is a distinctive and lovely component of Rivermont. The Georgia Land Trust maintains this twenty-seven-acre site right on the Chattahoochee River.

Rivermont is broken into several subdivisions. Homes here are spacious and well-appointed, with many offering stunning river views. There are condominiums in one community. The June 2022 prices ranged from $419,900 to $480,000.

Ocee

A gateway area between Johns Creek and Alpharetta, this neighborhood is home to single-family homes and townhomes. Historically it was a cotton farming community. Today, its many sub-communities and developments place residents short distances from Atlanta and Alpharetta, making it a perfect location for commuters.

Ocee has two neighborhood parks and three retail shopping areas. Revitalization plans call for the development of more pedestrian trails and sidewalks.

Some of the homes in Ocee date to the 1970s. Older homes may have lots larger than an acre.

Deerlake

Deerlake is a smaller swim and tennis gated community of just over 200 families. Built to be highly walkable with sidewalks throughout, residents appreciate its mature landscaping and stocked lake.

Winfield on the River

This quiet neighborhood of a limited 77 estate homes is a nature-lovers paradise with scenic views, walking trails along the river, and a community garden. Behind the gates is a park-like setting complete with green space in the middle of the community.

Winfield on the River has an HOA that provides many amenities and activities for residents, including social events.

Across from the entrance is the Medlock Bridge Chattahoochee River National Park Recreation Area. The community is also two miles from some of the area’s top public and private schools.
