"The old school has been torn down and the new school is a Phoenix rising, which opens Sept 2017. Vose is known for it's Spanish immersion program. Half of it's students are in regular-ed classrooms. The teachers and staff are very caring toward their students, and Ms.Galvan, and Ms. Holz are a dynamic leadership team. The school is fully loaded with technology thanks to the BSD bond, and a Verizon Giving STEM grant. Students are learning in so many new ways: filming each other's speeches on ipads, Skyping classrooms in Latin America, collaborating digitally with their peers with Google connected chromebooks. In their tech classes they are coding and building robotics, starting in kindergarten! Their Gym, Library, and Music specialists are amazing. They have a unicycle club. Along with their new school comes redone soccer fields, playgrounds, and more. This is a very global and diverse school so on paper they may not have the highest test scores-they don't fit the standardized mold. This mighty school is focused on raising caring, kind, curious global thinkers."
