"Excellent school academically with MANY AP classes for advanced students to take. College close by to take concurrent college courses. Starting to build a strong reputation in sports. Does have the normal student issues with drugs and alcohol. I would recommend Edmond North high school over any of the other high schools in a heart beat."

"Academically, North is fine. They do mostly "teach to the test," but they have a good selection of courses and lots of AP. However, the administration is hostile to parents/families who express concerns, and treats the kids like they're adversaries--unless they're the moneyed few. They also seem to go out of their way to give lip service to diversity, while permitting and even engaging in (yes, the adults too)hostility toward, and harassment of diverse students, especially LGBT kids."
