If you always wanted privacy then this is the place for you for sure. Great mountain views and extreme privacy from this 3.46 acre parcel. 1.51 and 1.94 acre parcels being sold together as one sale. Lay's really good for building per the county mapping and is nice. Rare find in private area that is only 3 to 3 1/2 miles to downtown Murphy and only 3 miles to the peachtree community area and hospital/gas/banking/gym, etc. Just make sure you have 4wheel drive. I noticed the road was a little rutting at the top of hill @ scottie mountain drive. Paved till top of hill then gravel and no one is maintaining the roads with long grass in middle of roads and ruts. but other than that its a great find for over 3.50-3.6 acres $30K. Cov and restrictions say the fees are $350/year and no one is collecting the fees anymore or ever. the road is washed out and mud puddles to lots.Owner never had any fees collected. check zoning with Cherokee county and state prior.
