Updated data for January 2022 shows the median list price had risen to $544,777, with an average of $205.22 per sq ft.

The year-to-date data shows the number of new listings declined from 2020 to 2021. High demand caused a 17% increase in the median sales price. The majority of the homes sold for above the original list price. The average list price for 2021 was $468,039, an 18% increase.
