The area lies between Victory Drive (55th Street), Water Avenue, Bull Street, and Waters Avenue.

Ardsley Park was first built in 1910, but the majority of the houses were built during the 1930s and 1940s. Many Ardsley homes have Craftsman features, but later homes draw inspiration from the sprawling ranch designs that became popular after World War II.
