Success Leaves Clues

Most people would agree that they wish to succeed in life.

Everyone has a different idea of what that looks like, but we all have areas of our lives where we desire to succeed.

Some of us aspire to financial prosperity or professional achievement. Some people want to succeed in their relationships and in rearing their children.

The problem is that most people don’t have a clear idea of what success means to them.

Though we haven’t spent much effort defining success, we appreciate the concept of it.

There is no goal to aim for without a definition or a distinct vision. We carry on living and working, but we’re never really certain that we’re going on the correct path.

You don’t really need to reinvent the wheel because if you look hard enough, you’ll eventually find the trails left by people who accomplished something incredible.

By observing the actions of these individuals, you can learn how they achieved their goals and apply those same steps toward achieving your own goals.

In this 26th episode of The Process Podcast, Preston and Travis have returned from The Cheplak Live Tahoe Leadership Mastermind and they share their takeaways and similarities all the speakers had around leadership success in this market

Leadership Mastermind Event

The CheplakLive Tahoe Leadership Mastermind was a 2-day event in Lake Tahoe wherein multiple Top Team Leaders and Broker/Owners delivered the most cutting-edge, high-impact, and relevant business strategies that made them front runners in the field.

They opened up the playbook of their business and talked about what makes them operate and what makes them successful.

Tracing Their Steps

Finding someone who has attained the outcomes you desire and following in their footsteps will help you succeed.

If you want to succeed, you must track the actions of people who succeeded and incorporate those actions into your own.

By observing the actions of these individuals, we can learn how they achieved their goals and apply those same steps toward achieving our own goals.

Find your game-changing idea, expand your network and community, and develop the mindset around this business-changing time we are in and why you must socialize with customers on a consistent basis among other things.

Learn from leaders as they share their advice and knowledge to help you grow your network marketing business.

You must also understand the crucial components that go into being a good leader, as well as stepping outside of your comfort zone when you’re meeting with prospects.

There’s also a real value in spending time with the other local leaders who have a focus on growing their business and helping others to do the same!

The market doesn’t wait for anyone, and we don’t either.

It’s on us to stay current in our field.

The key is finding those clues so that you can be the best in your field. So, what are those clues?

You ought to gain a huge advantage over other entrepreneurs in the field who haven’t had the opportunity to learn directly from those who have succeeded in this area.

You don’t have to reinvent the wheel when it comes to creating your own visual brand.

If you are aware of the success that other designers have and the direction they took, it will make your job a lot easier.

If you know what worked for them in the beginning, and why they made certain decisions, then you can save yourself time by incorporating these strategies into your own business right off the bat.

Focus on one or two things, and do those things really well. And then do it again and again and again.

Invest in yourself

Invest in educating yourself, and take time to learn. Perhaps try a $15 a month on Amazon Audible, where you can listen to audiobooks in your car.

These will help you educate and move your business forward.

Think about the amount of time you spend in your car, right by yourself, especially that you could turn into a mobile classroom.

Surround yourself with the right people; are they learning-based?

If yes, then you might notice that they prospect every day and not only do they prospect every day, but the leadership team is in the room with them prospecting at the same, and when the leadership team or somebody in leadership team is doing that, you’re gonna have people more willing to show up and do it as well.

Highly successful people have this on their calendar, they treat it like an appointment.

They do this every day and they talked about this over and over again, treating it like tracking key performance indicators, KPIs, or some sort of important numbers in their business on a weekly basis.
