You’ll typically find these fine estates along the ocean or Intracoastal Waterway, and often in the exclusive gated DeBordieu Colony neighborhood just south of Pawleys Island.

Here are 10 most expensive luxury properties that sold in 2020, with all information pulled and cultivated from the listings:
