Life is short, make what you want of it today

Life is short. So why spend it worrying about what you don’t have or working a job that doesn’t make you happy?

Success feels different when it comes to real estate investing and it takes courage.

It’s not for everyone, and it requires hard work, dedication and discipline. But when you want the life you’ve always wanted and begin to take control of your own destiny then you’ll realize that real estate is a rewarding endeavor both financially and personally.

When it comes to generating passive income and investing for the future, it can often feel like you’re swimming against a river.

The idea of building wealth over time can be intimidating and confusing — but there is a way!

In this twentieth episode of The Process Podcast, Deborah Razo, founder of the Women’s Real Estate Network, shares how she went from being an employee to a business owner to an investor.

Get to know Deborah

Deborah Razo made a plan for the life she wanted.

That plan had a lot of pieces to it, but one of them was to be financially independent.

And after a car accident which caused her many injuries, she longed for career stability so that if she lost her job or her company closed, she would still have income coming in. This led Deborah down the path to investing in real estate.

As someone who has always valued independence, Deborah launched her first company in 1990.

She came to the conclusion that real estate investing was her best option for achieving financial independence after owning and collaborating with numerous prosperous small companies.

Deborah added to her UCLA Anderson School of Management graduate certificate in entrepreneurial management and business degree, as well as a series of intense seminars with Robert Kiyosaki, The Real Estate Guys, Jason Hartman and more.

She discovered that she had a knack for buying, repairing, promoting, and selling homes, as well as for using tools and strategies to find properties and assess market values to take advantage of business possibilities.

Deborah started acquiring foreclosed homes in the Memphis region after gaining experience in rehabilitation and team management.

Deborah Razo is a real estate investor, business owner, coach, and investor who has been involved in the industry for many years.

She makes it her life’s work to assist people in investing their hard-earned money so they can stop stressing about retirement and concentrate on what really counts.

Real estate may be a fantastic method to increase revenue while utilizing innovative investing techniques to reduce taxes and generate income while leveraging creative investment strategies to minimize taxes.

Make What You Want in Life Today

While gaining financial freedom is a no-brainer when it comes to personal finance, the process of achieving this goal takes more time than most people think.

You need a great deal of faith and confidence in what you want out of life, because if there’s any doubt about whether or not something is possible for us then we are unlikely to try at all – even if it means failure.

So make sure that this belief exists within yourself before attempting anything; otherwise, nothing will ever get done if you let negative thoughts linger inside your head whispering “you can’t do this.”

We must also remember not only how capable we are but also how deserving we feel; after all, how many people would love just one more day under their belt?

We deserve better than what life has handed us thus far.

We don’t want anyone else telling us otherwise either: They might know best about certain things but they don’t know everything about everyone so don’t listen too closely when others tell them how bad off things really are either — listen instead only when someone tells us directly what needs changing first before taking action towards change itself.

Focus on the present, and don’t worry about what you can or cannot do in the future. Don’t fret over past mistakes or regrets. Instead, focus on making the most out of each moment.

The truth is that tomorrow is never promised to anyone; we only have today at our disposal, so make it count!

We all have dreams we want to pursue but often let them slip off our radar because they seem too overwhelming or far away from reality, or both.

But if you could see yourself achieving that dream right now—in this very moment—wouldn’t it be amazing?

What would happen if you tried harder next time? And what would happen if you stopped trying altogether? Listen to your dreams and visions, listen for what you want in life and how it can help others as well as yourself.

Listen for the signs of intuition that come from within yourself — this will be a key element when using intuition as a guidance tool!

Conclusion: Get creative and be bold

It’s hard to imagine what a big difference a few years can make in your life.

That’s how quickly time flies and it’s also why it’s important to take the time to reflect on where you’re at, who you want to be, and what you want out of life.

Life is too short to waste time on things you don’t want.

If you want something better in your life, then do what it takes to get there. You can start by spending more time with the people who matter most and making sure they know how much they mean to you.

Then work on creating a vision for where you would like your future self to be by imagining happy scenarios and writing down details of these visions.

The choices, opportunities, and decisions we make all add up to our lives as they are right now.

If there’s something that you don’t like about your life, maybe it’s time for a change. So, what’s holding you back?
