Lakeview Park

The community is known for its rolling hills, ravines, ancient trees, and some of Asheville’s most distinctive “Spanish Style” big stucco residences with tile roofs and unusual architectural features. These homes provide a little more seclusion while also providing larger spaces. The median home price in Kenilworth was $545,000 in June 2022, with 29 homes for sale.
